Product Placement Management - Case Study

We designed a product testing and placement programme that would allow our client (a major Europe cosmetic manufacturer) to carry out a six week online product test, whilst ensuring that results were meaningful enough to make business decisions for product quality improvements..

Respondents were recruited based on certain criteria – products were placed for the six week schedule in advance.

We established our quality control method to ensure all email addresses were legitimate and responsive by initiating an invitation request and confirmation response.

 

We had to match respondent quota samples, and ensure each week respondents used the correct test product and completed the questionnaire within the time-frame meeting the strict criteria.

We were successful in winning the contract based on our experience in recruiting the correct sample and overseeing the project losing only 6% of the total base throughout the six weeks testing period.

Throughout this time we firmly established ourselves as experts in continuous product placement research.
